- Of satisfactory quality

If products fail to meet these standards, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
3. Return Window (14 Days)
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

4. Conditions for Food Products (Unopened Only)
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we can only accept “change of mind” returns if the honey jar is:
- Unopened
- Sealed
- In its original condition (including label and packaging where possible)
We cannot accept returns of opened jars.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (wrong product or size)
We will provide a full refund or replacement, regardless of whether the seal has been broken.
4.2 Reporting Issues
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you believe your honey is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photographic evidence to process your claim efficiently.

7. Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns (unopened, sealed jars only): You cover the cost of return shipping
- Faulty or damaged items: We cover the cost of return shipping (or, where appropriate, we may replace/refund without requiring a return)
We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
8. Refund Processing (5–7 Business Days)
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
9. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your unopened honey for a different size or quantity, please contact us to arrange this. Subject to availability, we are happy to facilitate exchanges.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened honey jars (due to food safety regulations)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
